Her experience spans candidate shortlisting and hiring decisions, writing job specifications, aligning roles to business needs, and managing end-to-end recruitment in high-volume, time-critical environments.
During the COVID-19 response in Queensland, Australia, Sharmla supported the rapid mobilisation of over 300 healthcare professionals across vaccine testing and large-scale clinic environments — including a single afternoon where coordinated placements resulted in 14 hires, meeting critical needs across multiple testing sites simultaneously.
Having worked closely with founders, executives, and operational teams, she understands how hiring decisions are truly made — far beyond what appears on a resume.
